How consultations work

1. What to send us

• A short description of what you would like to change
• Clear photos of your smile from the front and sides, if possible
• Recent X-rays, a panoramic image or a 3D scan, if you have them
• Relevant medical history and medicines you take

Please do not upload medical documents through the website form. Your coordinator will share a secure way to send them.

2. Dentist review and conversation

A dentist reviews your information, and your coordinator contacts you to talk through the options, answer questions and, where useful, arrange a video call. If we need more information before recommending anything, we will tell you.

3. Your written plan and quote

You receive the proposed procedures, materials, number of visits, approximate days in Antalya and an itemised cost. The plan is based on the information available before your visit and is confirmed after examination at the clinic.

4. First appointment at the clinic

We examine your teeth and gums, take any X-rays or scans needed, and confirm the plan with you. If the examination shows something different from what we expected, we explain it and update the plan in writing before any additional treatment.

5. Treatment and review

Treatment follows the agreed schedule. At the end we check your bite and comfort, give you written aftercare instructions and agree how we will stay in touch.
