Cookie policy
Last updated: 5 November 2026. This draft must be reviewed by a qualified legal adviser before publication.
Strictly necessary
Some storage is needed for the website to work and cannot be switched off. Your cookie choice is stored in local storage (key: rs-consent) so that we do not ask again on every page. When you submit the consultation form, your browser stores a temporary access token in local storage so that the form can be delivered securely to our system.
If you use Rubi Care, our AI chat assistant, the conversation is kept in your browser's session storage (key: rubi-care- followed by the language, for example rubi-care-en) so that it stays open while you move between pages. It is deleted when you close the browser tab or press New chat. We do not use it for analytics or advertising.
Statistics (only with your consent)
If you allow statistics, we use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-DHQFCEFC6E), loaded through Google Tag Manager (container GTM-M5BMRRKW), to understand how visitors use the website. We measure which pages are viewed and a few actions: sending the consultation form (with the form language, treatment of interest and country you selected, never your name or contact details), clicks on WhatsApp buttons, clicks on review buttons, use of the Smile guide, and opening and using Rubi Care (only the number of messages, never their content). Google Analytics sets the cookies _ga and _ga_DHQFCEFC6E, which are kept for up to two years. The provider is Google Ireland Limited; data may be processed by Google in the United States.
Until you agree, we use Google Consent Mode in its restricted setting: no analytics cookies are stored and no identifier is set, but Google may receive anonymous signals without cookies (for example that a page was viewed), which it uses only in aggregated, modelled form.
Marketing (only with your consent)
We currently do not use any advertising or marketing tags, such as Google Ads or Meta Pixel. If we start advertising campaigns, we will update this policy first, and such tags will run only if you have allowed marketing.
Changing your choice
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that took place before.
Hosting
Our hosting provider, Wix.com, may set strictly necessary cookies to deliver the website securely and protect it against abuse.
